PHYGITALL originally emerged as a residential automation startup however, with changes in the world stage and technological innovations, a new challenge emerged: the Internet of Things market. Each year this segment gets more heated and competitive, with global revenues estimated at 1.7 trillion dollars. Part of this revenue belongs to the Brazilian economy, which is in 4th place in the Internet of Things sector. Therefore, our objective is to promote knowledge about new technologies and to show the market the full potential of IoT in Brazil.
Our services include the development of public and private Internet of Things solutions and ecosystems, such as asset trackers in factories, farm animals and people in cities. In addition, temperature sensors, air humidity, wind speed, water and stormwater levels among other applications. So the possibilities are endless when it comes to Internet of Things and its impact on our lives. For all this to work, you need connectivity and IoT networks in those regions.
In this way, we created the Rede IoT Brasil, an organization that will enable the infrastructure necessary to make the cities more intelligent, being a non-profit organization, will support the implementation of this network with the support of companies and technological entities. We have already started the installation of transmitter stations, using LPWAN technology, in the central region of Rio de Janeiro. The goal is to make all cities connected to an Internet of Things network in Brazil. However, our focus is to make Rio de Janeiro the 1st Smart City of Brazil, fully connected.
